Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident before you pay. This policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work on SlotFlow.

1. Free trial

Every new teacher can try SlotFlow free before paying. We recommend using the trial to make sure the Service fits your needs before purchasing a plan.

2. How billing works

Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are one-time monthly payments. They do not auto-renew — you are never charged automatically. Your paid features remain active until the end of the period you paid for, after which you can choose to renew.

3. Cancellation

Because plans do not auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel — you simply choose not to renew. If you stop renewing, your account moves back to the free tier at the end of the paid period. Your data is retained unless you request deletion.

4. Refunds

Plan payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, as access to paid features is granted immediately.

We will refund duplicate charges, or payments made in error where no service was delivered, provided you contact us within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@slotflow.infrom your account email with your payment reference. We'll review and respond promptly.
