Privacy Policy

From teachers (account holders): name, email, business name, phone/WhatsApp number, city, profile and cover images, and the event and profile content you add.

From participants (people who book):name, phone number and, optionally, email — submitted when booking a class through a teacher's page.

Automatically: basic technical data such as IP address and usage logs, used for security, rate limiting and to keep the Service running.

We use personal data to provide the Service: to create and manage accounts, publish booking pages, process bookings, take payments, send transactional communications, prevent abuse, and provide support. Teachers use participant contact details to confirm and remind participants about their own bookings.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details. Razorpay processes payment data under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service — including Supabase (database and authentication hosting), Razorpay (payments), and our hosting/email providers — under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law.

We retain account and booking data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to records we must retain by law).

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to access, correct and erase your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to grievance redressal. To exercise these rights, email support@slotflow.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
